No digital goods or services are permitted on the platform.

All vouchers sold through Verca must be redeemable for in-person services in compliance with Apple App Store guidelines.

Verca acts solely as a platform and is not the seller of any goods or services listed.

Businesses are solely responsible for delivering the goods or services promised in their listings.

Customers must coordinate directly with the business for scheduling, redemption, and fulfillment of any services.

Refunds and Disputes

All refund requests and disputes must be handled directly with the business that issued the voucher.

Verca does not issue refunds on behalf of businesses and does not guarantee service quality, delivery, or customer satisfaction.

Businesses must clearly define and communicate their own refund policies to customers.

Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

By using Verca and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Verca. These messages are limited to:

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS may limit certain features such as scheduling notifications.

Verca does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your phone number or any opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for the purposes described above and is handled in accordance with applicable regulations, including 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) compliance standards.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
